Easy to set up on I phone seems to work well, not sure how waterproof it is cover only on back so mum won’t wear it in shower.seems good value but no talk back to wearer may be a problem.

I bought this product to help my elderly grandmother be able to get ahold of me when she needed help. I was hesitant at first because of the mixed reviews but she used it for 3 months and it worked great! She was able to get a hold of me even when I was not in the home. This is a great product. The only downfall in my eyes is it needs WiFi to work. As long as the button is in the range and hooked up to WiFi the button can reach you and ring your phone even if you are in another town. It was easy to hook up and we were able to hook it to multiple cell devices to be notified. The notification tone is pretty loud and I had no problem hearing it in the middle of the night. I would recommend to others.

Muito bom para deixar com idosos ou pessoas com dificuldades motoras. Testado e aprovado. Precisa de wifi para emitir o sinal de ajuda quando é apertado o botão, e então aparecerá um aviso nos celulares que baixarem o app dele, chamado TUYA. Pode ser usado em mais de um celular ao mesmo tempo, então a familia toda pode receber o sinal.

This is a great product. Purchased it for my elderly grandma who is not technology literate so can’t use a mobile phone well, peace of mind knowing that we will be informed if anything happens whilst we’re out.Set up took a while but worked after a few attempts. Luckily our sky broadband has been set up with both 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz, if not then you will need to set your broadband router to 2.4ghz or the set up will fail.If you’re setting up the device from you’re phone, I found it worked when I turned off my mobile data.The button is sleek and comes with a lanyard so she can have it around the house and Velcro pads to put in a fixed location.Once the button is pressed I receive a notification on my phone a few seconds after. The notification is persistent (like a phone call) and is only silenced when I open the app on iPhone or when you open the notification on android so we don’t miss the alert.

Fonctionne parfaitement pour qui s’y connaît assez en informatique.L’appareil est géré par une application qui fonctionne sur smartphone ou tablette.La très grande majorité des box françaises gère les 2 fréquences en même temps. L’appairage est quasi automatique. La notice tout comme le processus d’appairage sont en anglais.L’aide d’un utilisateur aguerri ( genre un jeune !) Ne trouvera pas ça compliqué.L’appli indique aussi le niveau de chargement du bouton d’appel qui se recharge comme on rechargerait un téléphone. Câble fourni que l’on branche sur un chargeur de téléphone.Le signal sonore émis est différent de votre sonnerie habituelle et facilement reconnaissable.Ne fonctionne plus si notre téléphone est en mode “avion” mais possibilité de sélectionner dans l’application de recevoir quand même en mode “ne pas déranger ” lorsqu’ on veut limiter nos appels la nuit, pendant une réunion, etc …Il n’y a pas besoin d’appuyer très fort pour presser le bouton d’alarme.Message (sonnerie) vers 1 seul appareil. Il semble y avoir une option payante (1 dollar les 20 sms, à utiliser sous 1 mois) si on veut envoyer le signal vers d’autres numéros.Véritable soulagement pour les aidants. Suis ravie de cet achat et ai bien fait de ne pas m’arrêter aux mauvais commentaires.
